Cancellation Policy - Safe Harbor 3 Day Transient Policy
 
At Safe Harbor Marinas, we provide an unparalleled transient experience start to finish. 
 
Because we hold space for you the moment your reservation is confirmed, please review the following cancellation policy, and let us know immediately whenever plans change. 
 
All transient reservations require a deposit of one night’s stay, plus anticipated electric connection fees. Transient guests who do not cancel more than 72-hours prior to their arrival date (by 1pm 3 days prior) will forfeit their deposit, including electric connection fees. 

Safe Harbor Members who do not cancel more than 24-hours prior to their arrival date (by 1pm 1 day prior) will forfeit their deposit, including electric connection fees. 
 
Transient guests who do not cancel and do not arrive for a confirmed transient reservation will be charged 100% of their entire reserved stay, including electric connection fees. 
 
All cancellation requests will generate an email confirmation of cancellation. This email confirmation will serve as proof that your cancellation has been acknowledged. 
 
Weather Policy: Cancellations due to weather will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit if there is a NOAA  Small Craft Advisory posted for the area in which the marina is located on the expected date of arrival. 
 
Safe Harbor Members wishing to use their complimentary transient nights* must provide a credit card number to secure their reservation.
